About Dale Swanson

I am a full-time resident of Palm Springs, California since June 2005, but i fell in love with this place the night we met, in August 1998.

 

At the time, newly married, everybody said, "nobody in their right mind goes to Palm Springs in the summer." Call me crazy: the warm, dry air; the gentle breezes; the uplight palm trees; the stars in a clear sky above. i was enraptured.

 

One of the first things I did, as a new resident, was to set about getting my real estate license. I thought it would be a good way to meet new people - and I was right - but an even better way to get to know my new home. I was licensed by the California Department of Real Estate on December 22, 2005; my first full year as an active real estate Agent was 2006. To say that I learned a great deal about real estate during my first few years - things that just aren't on the exam - would be a tremendous understatement.  

Since that time, I've also developed an intimate and historic knowledge of the Coachella Valley and its desert cities: Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Thousand Palms, Palm Desert, Bermuda Dunes, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella. In May of 2022, I became a licensed California real estate Broker.

I represent all my Clients with a seasoned perspective on possibilities: pitfalls, as well as potentialities. To every transaction I also bring my experience as a Financial Analyst, Budgetary Manager, AND Compliance Administrator - and the related background of negotiation, contract management, oversight, and customer service - from my years spent working with the University of California.
