in the former, he worked with us over a period of several months in the Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage areas, and assisted us infinally locating the ideal property for our needs. I met Dale quite randomly more than a year ago.
I had been looking at Palm Springs for quite a while and when he began talking about the valley, I realized he was a font of knowledge not only about his profession, but especially about the area's homes. He seemed to know every street and the home on it. To be succinct, this is what Dale offers: knowledge/history. It is wide and it's deep. Details. Dale can get as deep in the weeds as you like. Responsiveness. If i don't immediately reach him, he calls back in a very short time. Pleasant. Its always enjoyable spending time with him. An Advocate. he was there doing the heavy lifting for me. understanding of my aesthetic needs; he got me. There was no home that was a wasted moment. Imaginative. When it came to working out a problem or seeing the potential in a home, his ideas were thoughtful and creative. Service. Outside of the house purchase, he helped in coordingating the delivery of my vehicle, set me up with a list of vetted companies and individuals to aid in setting up my home, and that service continues. Long after I have moved in, he has been there helping me get settled. I'm actually going to miss touring homes with him. Those were truly delightful hours. Every one of those five stars is deserved.
My husband and I had the immense pleasure of working with Dale on buying our home here in the Coachella Valley.
From start to finish, working with him was a dream. The first couple of times we came down to house hunt, he provided us with numerous listings to choose from, and was always patient, professional, and thoughtful with what he sent us. Each home had a description that he personalized with the ins and outs of the architecture, neighborhood, or home. Whenever we had questions about a listing or area, you name it, he always had the back story and knew the logistics of each part of town. He was supportive, never pushy, and very quickly figured out what we were looking for, and constantly provided us with information that made the process so seamless. Perhaps even more importantly, once we had purchased our home, he acted as our representative and went above and beyond to represent our interests, as we were unable to be here for the inspections and final walk-through, etc. He never quit looking out for our best interest, long after the sale was closed and finalized. He is a true professional and an exceptional human, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home here in the desert. We love our home so much, it's exactly what we dreamed of, and Dale made that possible.
